Terms
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [Company name] Ltd ("Metimo", "we") about using Metimo. By creating an account you accept them. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Metimo
You must be 18 or older. You need a working email address or Google account to sign in, and you're responsible for keeping access to it secure.
2. Events and organizers
- Metimo doesn't book or sell places. When you sign up for an event, you do it with the organizer, on their website and under their terms — including prices, cancellations and refunds.
- Organizers are independent of Metimo. We aren't responsible for their events, venues or what happens there.
3. Event information
Event details come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check the details with the organizer before you go. If something looks wrong, use "Report an issue" on the event.
4. Your content
- Your activities, plans, session notes, photos and Library belong to you and are private unless you share them.
- You allow us to store and process them only to run Metimo for you.
- Don't add anything you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful.
5. Friends and invite links
- Share your personal and plan invite links with people you know. Anyone who has a plan link can open it.
- Don't post invite links publicly to collect contacts, and don't use them to send spam.
- You can turn a plan's link off at any time; we may turn off links that are misused.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Metimo: no harassment, no attempts to access other people's data, no scraping, and nothing that disrupts the service. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
7. AI suggestions
Some features, such as recommendations and "Paste a link", use AI. Suggestions may be inaccurate — review the details before you save them.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your data, including photos, and can't be undone. Plans you organized are cancelled and the people invited are told.
9. Our responsibility
We work to keep Metimo available and accurate, but provide it "as is", without guarantees. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Changes and law
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell you about important changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: [contact address].
